DESCRIPTION

The 1865A-BLK-1000 is a sub-miniature, 75 Ohm serial digital coaxial cable provided on a 1,000 ft reel. It is constructed with a 25 AWG stranded (19x37) bare copper conductor, gas-injected foam HDPE insulation, and a black PVC outer jacket. For excellent signal protection, it features a Duofoil® tape shield combined with a tinned copper braid that provides 95% coverage. Key electrical characteristics include a nominal characteristic impedance of 75 Ohms and a capacitance of 16.5 pF/ft. Due to its CMR rating, this cable is well-suited for indoor vertical riser applications requiring high-frequency serial digital signal transmission.
