DESCRIPTION
8762MN-008-1000 is a SpaceMaker foil-shielded instrumentation cable designed for indoor plenum-rated applications. It features one 20 AWG pair of stranded (26x34) tinned copper conductors with polypropylene insulation (0.01 in wall thickness) and an overall Beldfoil aluminum foil-polyester tape shield providing 100% coverage with a 22 AWG tinned copper drain wire. The cable has a PVC outer jacket with a nominal diameter of 0.149 in and offers electrical characteristics including 10.4 Ohm/1000ft conductor DCR, 32.6 pF/ft conductor-to-conductor capacitance, and 0.168 µH/ft inductance. Rated for 300V RMS with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C, this cable is suitable for industrial control, instrumentation, and signal transmission applications requiring reliable shielding and plenum compliance.
