DESCRIPTION
9984-WHT-1000 is a low-temperature plastic lead wire featuring 24 AWG (7x32) tinned copper conductor with PVC insulation, designed for interconnection circuits and internal wiring of computer and electronic equipment. The wire has a nominal insulation thickness of 0.01 in (0.25 mm) and an overall cable diameter of 0.044 in (1.1 mm), with a conductor DC resistance of 6.5 Ohm/1000ft. It is rated for 300V RMS at an operating temperature range of -20°C to +80°C, with a maximum pull tension of 5.5 lbs (2.5 kg) and a bulk cable weight of 1.9 lbs/1000ft. The wire complies with AWM 1061 and CSA AWM I A/B standards, with VW-1 flammability rating, making it ideal for applications requiring reliable low-temperature performance in compact electronic assemblies.
