DESCRIPTION
AX105205-B25 is a FX Brilliance Universal SC field-installable fiber optic connector designed for multimode OM1 applications. This connector features a beige plastic body with a ceramic ferrule and supports 250 µm (using breakout kit), 900 µm, 2 mm, and 3 mm fiber cables. It offers a maximum insertion loss of 0.50 dB, typical insertion loss of 0.20 dB, and minimum reflectance of -30 dB at 1550 nm, with durability rated for 500 cycles. The connector operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +60°C and complies with TIA 568-C.3 and TIA/EIA-604-3 (FOCIS 3) standards. Ideal for field-termination of fiber optic cables within patch panels, distribution frames, workstation outlets for FTTO, FTTH drops, and MDU installations.
