DESCRIPTION
EN11-VSM1AF15 is an 11 mm rotary encoder featuring side adjustment with a threaded bushing, integrated push-on switch, and 2-bit gray code incremental output. The encoder supports 15 or 20 pulses per revolution with selectable detent options (0, 20, or 30 detents per revolution) and operates at a maximum speed of 100 RPM. Key electrical specifications include a maximum closed circuit resistance of 3 ohms, contact rating of 10 mA at 5 Vdc, and dielectric strength of 300 Vac at 1 mA for 1 minute. Mechanically, the device features a maximum rotational torque of 2.5 oz-in for detents, switch operating force of 550 gf, and switch travel of 0.5 mm, with a rotational life rating of 30,000 cycles. This encoder is ideal for applications requiring precise rotational position feedback with integrated switching capability, such as industrial control panels, audio equipment, and instrumentation systems.
