DESCRIPTION
The 2049-07-BLF is a medium-duty 2-electrode gas discharge tube designed for overvoltage protection in telecommunications, industrial, and consumer electronics applications. It features a compact 8 mm diameter and 6 mm length with 0.8 mm straight leads, offering low capacitance (< 1.5 pF at 1 MHz) and high insulation resistance (> 10 GO). The device has a DC sparkover voltage of 75 V at 100 V/s, impulse sparkover voltage less than 500 V at 100 V/µs, and a glow voltage of approximately 70 V at 10 mA. With RoHS compliance, UL recognition, and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, this tube provides reliable surge suppression for sensitive electronic circuits requiring fast response and minimal signal distortion.
