DESCRIPTION
The 3006P-1-204ZLF is a rectangular multiturn cermet trimming potentiometer manufactured by Bourns, designed for precision adjustment applications in industrial environments. This sealed unit features a 200 kO resistance value with ±10% tolerance, 15-turn adjustment capability, and a low profile of only 1/4" height, making it suitable for compact PCB layouts. The potentiometer incorporates solderable pins with 100% tin-plated (RoHS compliant) terminations, a maximum adjustment torque of 5.0 oz-in., and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C. The unit is rated for 0.75 watts at 70°C and features infinite resolution with ±0.01% voltage adjustability and ±0.05% resistance adjustability. Common applications include instrumentation, signal conditioning, and calibration circuits where precise, stable resistance adjustment is required without frequent recalibration.
