DESCRIPTION
The 3057J-1-101 is a Bourns Trimpot® trimming potentiometer featuring a 1-1/4" rectangular multiturn wirewound design with sealed industrial construction. It offers a standard resistance range of 10 to 50 kO with ±5% tolerance, 22 turns of adjustment travel, and a nominal resolution ranging from 0.24% to 2.40% depending on the selected resistance value. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a power rating of 1 watt at 70°C, 1,500 VAC dielectric strength at sea level, and 1,000 MO minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC. Its flexible leads consist of 7 strands of 30 AWG wire, and it is RoHS compliant and listed on the QPL for style RT12 per MIL-PRF-27208. This potentiometer is ideal for precision trimming applications in industrial equipment, instrumentation, and sealed environments where reliability and long-term stability are required.
