DESCRIPTION
The 3057Y-1-203 is a Bourns Trimpot® trimming potentiometer designed for precision resistance adjustment in industrial applications. This multiturn wirewound device features a 20 kO standard resistance with ±5% tolerance, 22 turns of adjustment travel, and a nominal resolution of 0.31%, providing fine control over resistance values. The potentiometer operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±50 ppm/°C, and delivers 1 watt power rating at 70°C. With an insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms minimum at 500 VDC and dielectric strength of 1,500 VAC at sea level, this sealed component is RoHS compliant and listed on the QPL for MIL-PRF-27208. The 3057Y style features compact dimensions with flexible leads and is ideal for precision instrumentation, signal conditioning, and calibration circuits requiring reliable long-term performance.
