DESCRIPTION
The 3057Y-1-203M is a Bourns Trimpot® trimming potentiometer designed for precision adjustment in industrial applications. It features a 1-1/4" rectangular multiturn wirewound design with a standard resistance of 20 kO (resistance code 203), ±5% tolerance, and sealed construction for environmental protection. The device offers 22 turns of adjustment travel with a nominal resolution of 0.31%, an insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms at 500 VDC, and dielectric strength rated at 1,500 VAC at sea level. Operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±50 ppm/°C, it delivers 1 watt power rating at 70°C and maintains stability through 200 rotational cycles. The 3057Y-1-203M is RoHS compliant, listed on the QPL for MIL-PRF-27208 style RT12, and is commonly used in trimmer applications requiring reliable, sealed performance in industrial and military environments.
