DESCRIPTION
The 3059Y-1-201LF is a sealed multiturn cermet trimming potentiometer (Trimpot®) designed for precision adjustment in industrial applications. It features a 1.25-inch rectangular form factor with 22 turns nominal effective travel, 200 ohms resistance (per the 201 code), and ±10% standard resistance tolerance with infinite resolution. The device operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, with a power rating of 1.0 watt at 70°C (maximum 400 volts), and delivers exceptional adjustability accuracy of ±0.01% for voltage and ±0.05% for resistance. It is sealed to MIL-PRF-22097 specifications, RoHS compliant with 100% tin-plated leads (LF termination), and rated for 1000 MO minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC and 900 VAC dielectric strength at sea level. Common applications include precision circuit tuning, gain adjustment, and calibration in sealed industrial control systems, test equipment, and aerospace electronics where reliability and environmental protection are critical.
