DESCRIPTION
The 3290P-1-253 is a multiturn wirewound trimming potentiometer (Trimpot) designed for industrial applications requiring precision adjustment and reliability. This sealed, 3/8" square device features a 25,000 ohm resistance value with ±5% tolerance, 25 turns of adjustment travel, and a nominal resolution of 0.13%. The potentiometer operates across a wide temperature range of -65°C to +150°C with a power rating of 1.0 watt at 85°C, and provides 1,000 megohms minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC. It is RoHS compliant, listed on the QPL for MIL-R-27208 and MIL-R-39015 standards, and features solderable printed circuit pins with a wiper set at 50% (±10%) of actual travel. Common applications include precision circuit tuning, calibration adjustments in instrumentation, and industrial control systems where sealed construction and multiturn adjustment capability are essential.
