DESCRIPTION

The 3296Y-1-224LF is a 3/8" square Trimpot® trimming potentiometer manufactured by Bourns, featuring a multiturn cermet element with sealed industrial construction and chevron seal design. This device offers a resistance range of 10 ohms to 2 megohms with ±10% standard tolerance, infinite resolution, and 25 turns of effective travel for precise voltage and resistance adjustability (±0.01% voltage, ±0.05% resistance). The potentiometer operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and is rated for 0.5 watts at 70°C and 0 watts at 125°C. It features solderable pins with 2.54 mm (0.100") spacing, a maximum torque of 3.0 oz-in., and meets MIL-R-22097 and MIL-R-39035 specifications. The RoHS-compliant LF termination (100% tin-plated) and sealed design make it suitable for industrial applications requiring reliable performance in harsh environments, including instrumentation, test equipment, and precision calibration systems.
