DESCRIPTION

The 3296Y-1-505LF is a multiturn cermet trimming potentiometer featuring a 500 ohm resistance value with a 3/8" square form factor and sealed industrial construction. This device incorporates a chevron seal design and is listed on the QPL for style RJ24 per MIL-R-22097 and RJR24 per High-Rel Mil-R-39035, ensuring military-grade reliability. The potentiometer offers ±10% standard resistance tolerance, infinite resolution, and an effective travel of 25 turns nominal, with adjustability of ±0.01% voltage and ±0.05% resistance. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and features a power rating of 0.5 watts at 70°C. The RoHS-compliant LF termination (100% tin-plated) and solderable pins make it suitable for automated assembly in precision instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and industrial control applications where fine adjustment and long-term stability are required.
