DESCRIPTION

The 3312J-1-105E is a 2 mm SMD Trimpot® trimming potentiometer manufactured by Bourns, designed for surface-mount applications requiring miniature form factor and sealed construction. This single-turn cermet trimmer features a nominal resistance of 1 megohm (resistance code 105) with ±20% tolerance and ±0.4% adjustability in voltage divider mode, supporting an adjustment angle of 255° nominal. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and is rated for 0.1 watt at 70°C (50 volts maximum). The 3312J-1-105E is RoHS compliant and compatible with standard surface-mount manufacturing processes, making it ideal for precision trimming applications in instrumentation, signal conditioning, and calibration circuits where compact size and reliability are essential.
