DESCRIPTION
The 3352W-1-102 is a 3/8" round Trimpot® trimming potentiometer manufactured by Bourns, featuring a stable cermet element with infinite resolution and very low profile design. This single-turn, industrial-grade potentiometer has a resistance value of 1,000 ohms (1 kO) with a standard tolerance of ±20%, contact resistance variation of 1.0% or 1 ohm maximum, and an adjustment angle of 205° nominal. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a power rating of 0.50 watt at 85°C, dielectric strength of 500 VAC at sea level, and offers adjustability of ±0.05% in voltage divider mode and ±0.25% in rheostat mode. The 3352W style features a 2.54 mm typical pin spacing with a maximum height of 5.08 mm, making it suitable for compact circuit board applications. Common applications include precision trimming in instrumentation, audio equipment, and industrial control systems where fine adjustment and stable performance are required.
