DESCRIPTION

The 4114R-2-105LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring a bussed configuration with 13 resistors and a common pin (pin 14). This component is designed with a 1 megohm resistance value (code 105) and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V. The device exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C for values above 2.2 MO and maintains TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values. The package delivers 2.00 watts power rating at 70°C and features superior package integrity with RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination (LF suffix). This resistor network is ideal for DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI applications, and other precision circuit implementations requiring integrated resistor arrays with excellent reliability and automatic insertion equipment compatibility.
