DESCRIPTION

The 4306M-102-102LF is a 6-pin thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring an isolated resistor configuration with 3 independent resistors of equal value. This medium-profile component offers a power rating of 0.90 watts at 70°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device incorporates improved tolerance to ±0.5% (when specified with the "D" suffix option), a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for resistances from 50 O to 2.2 MO, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including load life, moisture resistance, and thermal shock. The tin-plated (RoHS compliant) termination and superior package integrity make it compatible with automatic insertion equipment, while its thick-film construction and novolac epoxy body provide excellent reliability for applications in DRAM, SCSI termination, and general signal conditioning circuits.
