The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 0.75 watts at 70°C, and features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) with improved tolerance options up to ±0.5%. The 4306R-101-152 is RoHS compliant, features low-profile construction for DIP compatibility, and is suitable for automatic insertion equipment, making it ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination networks, and other precision signal conditioning circuits.
