DESCRIPTION

The 4306R-102-391LF is a 6-pin thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring isolated resistor configuration with 390 ohm resistance value. This component incorporates three isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a package power rating of 0.75 watts at 70°C and individual resistor power rating of 0.30 watt at 70°C. The device operates over a temperature range with power derating from +70°C to +125°C, features a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, and maintains a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for the 50 O to 2.2 megohm range. The resistor tolerance is ±2% for the 50 ohms to 5 megohms range, with lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 Method 208 requirements and RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination. This low-profile design is compatible with automatic insertion equipment and DIPs, making it ideal for applications in DRAM, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where space efficiency and reliable resistor networks are required.
