DESCRIPTION

The 4306R-102-682LF is a 6-pin thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring isolated resistor configuration with equal-value resistors connected between pairs of pins. This device incorporates 3 isolated thick-film resistors with a resistance value of 6.8 kO (code 682) and a tolerance of ±0.5%, operating at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C for values above 2.2 megaohms. The package delivers 0.30 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature and maintains low profile compatibility with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment. The RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination (LF) and superior package integrity make it suitable for applications requiring precision resistor networks in compact form factors, including DRAM, SCSI, and R/2R ladder network implementations.
