DESCRIPTION
The 4308M-102-121LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP resistor network from Bourns' 4300M Series, featuring four isolated resistors of equal value (120 ohms) each connected between two pins. This medium-profile device offers increased power handling with a power rating of 0.40 watts per resistor at 70°C and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C. The resistor network is RoHS compliant with tin-plated termination (LF suffix), features superior package integrity, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment. It is commonly used in applications requiring isolated resistor networks such as DRAM termination, SCSI applications, and general signal conditioning where multiple independent resistive elements are needed in a compact package.
