DESCRIPTION

The 4308R-101-102LF is an 8-pin thick film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring isolated resistor configuration with RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination. This device incorporates multiple thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between separate pins, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a package power rating of 1.00 watt at 70°C. The resistor network operates over a temperature range from +70°C to +125°C with power derating, and features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for resistances between 50 O and 2.2 megaohms, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C. The device meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), moisture resistance (±0.50%), and thermal shock (±0.25%), making it suitable for applications requiring precision resistor networks in automatic insertion equipment and compact DIP-compatible designs.
