The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 1.00 watt at 70°C per package, and features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for the 50 O to 2.2 megohm range. The 4308R-101-271 is RoHS compliant, features superior package integrity with a low-profile design compatible with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including load life (±1.00%), moisture resistance (±0.50%), and thermal shock (±0.25%).
