DESCRIPTION
The 4308R-102-201LF is an 8-pin thick film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring an isolated (102) electrical configuration with tin-plated RoHS-compliant termination. This device incorporates 4 isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a package power rating of 1.00 watt at 70°C and a maximum operating voltage of 100V. The resistor network exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50O to 2.2MO range) and supports resistance values from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with standard tolerance of ±2%, or improved tolerance options of ±1% or ±0.5% for values between 100 ohms and 1 megohm. The low-profile design provides compatibility with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, while superior package integrity and environmental performance (including UL94V-0 flammability compliance and MIL-STD-202 environmental testing) make it suitable for applications in DRAM, SCSI termination, and precision signal conditioning circuits.
