The 4308R-102-220LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring four isolated resistors of equal value connected between separate pins. This device incorporates 22 ohm resistors with ±2% tolerance and is designed for low-profile applications compatible with automatic insertion equipment and DIPs. The network operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C and a power rating of 1.00 watt at 70°C, derating to zero power from +70°C to +125°C. The RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination (LF suffix) ensures lead solderability per MIL-STD-202 Method 208, with superior package integrity and environmental stability across moisture resistance, thermal shock, and soldering heat tests.
