The 4308R-102-471LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring four isolated 470 ohm resistors of equal value. This device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 1.00 watt at 70°C, derating to zero power between +70°C and +125°C. The resistors exhibit a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C and maintain a tolerance of ±2% across the 50 ohm to 5 megohm range. The low-profile design provides compatibility with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, while the tin-plated (RoHS compliant) leads meet MIL-STD-202 Method 208 soldering requirements.
