DESCRIPTION

The 4308R-102-474 is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring a 470 kO resistance value with ±2% tolerance. This device incorporates four isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a power rating of 0.20 watt per resistor at 70°C. The resistor network exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range), superior package integrity with low-profile design compatible with DIPs, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including thermal shock (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%). The product is RoHS compliant, features a copper solder-coated lead frame with novolac epoxy body, and is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks in compact form factors such as SCSI termination, R/2R ladder networks, and DRAM applications.
