DESCRIPTION

The 4308R-102-474LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring a resistance value of 470 kO with ±2% tolerance. This device incorporates four isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C. The package is rated for 1.00 watt at 70°C with power derating to zero from +70°C to +125°C, and features a low-profile design compatible with automatic insertion equipment and DIPs. The resistor network meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%), with lead solderability conforming to MIL-STD-202 Method 208. Common applications include DRAM termination, SCSI networks, and R/2R ladder networks where matched resistor values and superior package integrity are required.
