DESCRIPTION

The 4310R-101-153LF is a 10-pin thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration with 15 kO resistance per element. This component incorporates 10 thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin and a common bus line, with a package power rating of 1.25 watts at 70°C. The resistor network operates over a temperature range of +70°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) and a maximum operating voltage of 100 V. The device features RoHS-compliant tin-plated terminations, low-profile design for DIP compatibility, and superior package integrity with a body material of Novolac epoxy and copper solder-coated lead frame. Common applications include DRAM termination, SCSI bus termination, and R/2R ladder networks in digital and analog signal processing circuits.
