DESCRIPTION
The 4606X-102-472LF is a thick-film conformal single in-line package (SIP) resistor network featuring isolated resistor configuration with 4,700 ohms resistance value per element. This 6-pin device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 meohms range) and maintains an insulation resistance of 10,000 meohms minimum. The package delivers 0.75 watts power rating at 70°C ambient temperature and operates reliably across the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device features Sn/Ag/Cu-plated RoHS-compliant terminations, epoxy resin body construction, and is suitable for applications requiring precision resistor networks in DRAM, SCSI, and other high-reliability electronic systems.
