The 4608X-102-202 is an 8-pin isolated thick-film conformal resistor network from Bourns' 4600X Series, designed for applications requiring multiple independent resistors in a compact single in-line package. The device features isolated resistor configuration (102 circuit) with resistance values ranging from 10 ohms to 10 megaohms, maximum operating voltage of 100 V, and a power rating of 1.00 W at 70°C ambient temperature. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 MO) or ±250 ppm/°C (below 50 O or above 2.2 MO), and maintains dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS. The low-profile design is compatible with DIP packages, features RoHS-compliant Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations, and is suitable for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and other precision signal processing circuits requiring multiple isolated resistor elements.
