DESCRIPTION
The 4608X-102-222LF is a thick-film conformal SIP resistor network featuring 8 isolated resistors of equal value (2,200 ohms each, as indicated by the 222 resistance code), each connected between two pins. This component operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for the 50 O to 2.2 MO range, and maintains an insulation resistance of 10,000 MO minimum. The package delivers 1.00 W power rating at 70°C ambient temperature and operates reliably across the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The low-profile design is compatible with DIP packages, features RoHS-compliant Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations, and is recommended for rosin flux and solvent clean or no-clean flux processes. These resistor networks are commonly used in DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and other digital signal processing circuits requiring precision resistor arrays.
