DESCRIPTION

The 4816P-1-272LF is an isolated resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring eight independent resistors in a surface mount medium body package. This thick film device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above, and ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 O. The network delivers 0.160 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature and maintains an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum. The part is RoHS compliant with lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 Method 208 requirements, and features compliant leads designed to reduce solder joint fatigue. Common applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks where multiple precision resistors are required in a compact form factor.
