DESCRIPTION

The 4816P-1-510 is a thick film surface mount isolated resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 independent resistors in a standard 16-pin SOM package. This component offers a resistance range from 10 ohms to 2.2 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 0.50 V and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above, or ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 O. The device operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum and meets MIL-STD-202 lead solderability requirements. It is RoHS compliant, AEC-Q200 qualified, and features compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue, making it ideal for applications in DRAM, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where precision resistor networks are required.
