DESCRIPTION

The 4816P-T01-202 is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring an isolated circuit configuration in a 16-pin SOM package. This component offers a resistance range from 10 ohms to 2.2 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 0.50 V and a power rating of 1.28 watts at 70°C. The device exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above, and ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 O, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for values greater than 50 O. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum, the 4816P-T01-202 is AEC-Q200 qualified and available in RoHS-compliant versions. This resistor network is ideal for applications requiring precision termination, DRAM circuits, SCSI systems, and R/2R ladder networks where reliable performance and automatic placement compatibility are essential.
