DESCRIPTION

CDDFN10-0506N is a TVS/Steering Diode Array designed to provide ESD and EFT protection for high-speed data ports, meeting IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) requirements. The device protects up to six data lines plus a Vcc line, featuring ultra-low channel capacitance of 0.25 pF typical and a working peak voltage of 5.0 V. It offers ESD protection up to ±8 kV contact discharge and ±15 kV air discharge, with a peak pulse current of 3.5 A at 8/20 µs pulse. Housed in a compact DFN-10 package with lead-free matte Sn finish, the device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Common applications include USB 3.0, HDMI 1.4, and other high-speed port protection in portable electronics where signal integrity and low capacitance are critical.
