DESCRIPTION
CHP1206QJW-4R7ELF is an ultra-high power chip resistor from the CHP-Q Series, featuring thick film technology and a 0.75 W power rating at 70°C with a maximum working voltage of 250 V and maximum overload voltage of 500 V. The resistor operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C (for 10 ohms to 1 megohm at ±1% tolerance) and is available in ±1% and ±5% tolerance options. It is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and AEC-Q200 qualified, demonstrating high reliability through extensive testing including thermal cycling, moisture resistance, and mechanical shock.
