DESCRIPTION
CR0805-JW-220E is a thick film chip resistor designed for general-purpose electronic applications requiring reliable resistance in compact form. This 0805-sized component features a nominal resistance value of 22 O with ±5% tolerance, operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with a maximum working voltage of 150 V. The resistor incorporates a three-layer termination process with nickel barrier to prevent leaching and ensure excellent solderability, along with tight tolerance of the bottom electrode width for consistent performance. It is RoHS compliant and supplied in tape and reel packaging, making it suitable for automated assembly in consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and general-purpose circuit applications.
