DESCRIPTION
CSS2H-3920K-2L00F is a high-power current sense resistor from Bourns' CSS2H-3920 series, designed for precision current measurement in automotive and industrial applications. The device features a 2.0 mO resistance with a 6 W power rating at 70°C and 4 W at 130°C, utilizing Fe-Cr resistive material for excellent stability and low thermal EMF. It operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +170°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±75 PPM/°C, inductance below 3 nH, and resistance tolerance of ±1% or ±5%. The resistor is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and AEC-Q200 qualified, making it suitable for automotive, power management, and battery monitoring systems where reliable current sensing and long-term stability are critical.
