The GMOV-14D321K is a hybrid overvoltage protection component that integrates a Gas Discharge Tube (GDT) with a Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) in a single package. It provides a maximum continuous operating voltage of 320 Vrms / 415 VDC and an MOV voltage of 510 V. This device is engineered to handle a maximum surge current of 6,000 A (8/20 μs) and exhibits very low leakage current (<1 µA) and low capacitance (<250 pF). The hybrid design ensures long-life bidirectional protection, making it ideal for AC and DC power applications such as power supplies, solar inverters, and power line communication systems.
