DESCRIPTION
MF-NSML150-2 is a low-ohmic PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) resettable fuse designed for automated surface mount assembly in space-constrained applications. This device features a 1206 footprint with ultra-low resistance and operates at a maximum voltage of 6V with a maximum current rating of 50A. The hold current is 1.50A at 23°C with a trip current of 3.00A, and it exhibits a resistance of 0.0100 Ohms at 23°C with a maximum time to trip of 0.0650 seconds. The fuse is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, offering reliable thermal protection for Li-ion and polymer battery packs, USB port protection, HDMI source protection, and mobile device applications including battery and port protection.
