DESCRIPTION

MOV-14D911K is a 14 mm radial leaded metal oxide varistor designed to protect against overvoltage transients such as lightning, power contact, and power induction. It features a nominal varistor voltage of 910 V at 1 mA DC, with a maximum continuous RMS voltage of 550 V and a varistor voltage tolerance of ±10%. The device offers high current handling with a maximum peak current of 4500 A (8/20 µs waveform), fast response time of typically 10 ns, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. With dimensions of 22.0 mm maximum height and 7.7 mm maximum thickness, this RoHS compliant varistor is ideal for surge protection in power supplies, power systems, line voltage applications, telecom systems, and white goods/appliances.
