DESCRIPTION
The PF-GT3-63 is an industrial power fuse manufactured by Bourns as part of the POWrFuse PF-G Series, designed to provide reliable overcurrent protection in power distribution systems. It is rated for 63 A at 600 VAC (125 VDC), with an interrupting rating of 1500 A @ 600 VAC, 2000 A @ 250 VAC, and 500 A @ 125 VDC, and features a nominal I²t value of 9892.95 A²s. The fuse has a nominal resistance of 0.0013 O and is designed to UL 248-1 and 248-14 standards, offering RoHS compliance and halogen-free construction with cUS agency recognition. At 200% of rated current (126 A), the clearing time is a maximum of 120 seconds at 25°C, and it operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. This fuse is ideal for industrial power applications requiring fast-acting protection, with PCB mounting (Type 3) configuration suitable for wave and hand soldering assembly processes.
