The PTVS10-170C-TH is a high-current, bidirectional TVS diode designed for overvoltage protection in AC line and high-power DC bus applications. It features a repetitive standoff voltage of 170 V and a typical breakdown voltage of 200 V. This device provides a low clamping voltage of 260 V when subjected to a 10 kA peak surge current with an 8/20 µs waveform.
