DESCRIPTION

The PWR220T-20-15R0F is a thick-film power resistor from the Bourns PWR220T-20 series, designed for power handling applications. It provides a resistance of 15 Ω with a tight tolerance of ±1% and is rated for 20 watts of power at a 25°C case temperature. This resistor is housed in a TO-220 package with through-hole pins and features low inductance, a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C, and electrical isolation from the backplate. It can operate in temperatures ranging from -55 °C to 155 °C and has a maximum operating voltage of 250 V. Due to its high power rating and robust construction, it is well-suited for use in current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits.
