DESCRIPTION
PWR220T-35-50R0J is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. This 35 W power resistor features a 50 O resistance value with ±5% tolerance, low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, and thermal resistance of 3.7°C/W. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 155°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 PPM/°C, maximum operating voltage of 250 V, and dielectric strength of 2 kV AC. The resistor is electrically isolated from the backplate and is AEC-Q200 and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits in automotive and industrial applications.
