DESCRIPTION
PWR220T-35-R100F is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology, designed for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits. The resistor features a 0.1 O resistance value with ±1% tolerance, a power rating of 35 W at 25°C case temperature, and a thermal resistance of 3.7°C/W. It exhibits low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C, and maintains a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±100 PPM/°C. The resistor is electrically isolated from the backplate, rated for a maximum operating voltage of 250 V, and is AEC-Q200 and RoHS compliant. These characteristics make it ideal for high-reliability automotive and industrial applications requiring stable current sensing and power dissipation.
