DESCRIPTION
PWR263S-35-20R0F is a 35 W power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology in a TO263 D²PAK surface-mount package. This specific variant has a resistance value of 20 O with ±1% tolerance and is designed for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits. The resistor features low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), a thermal resistance of 3.7 °C/W, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C.
