DESCRIPTION
PWR263S-35-3R00F is a 35 W power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick-film technology on alumina ceramic substrate, housed in a D²PAK (TO263) surface-mount package. The device features a resistance value of 3 O with ±1% tolerance, low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, and thermal resistance of 3.7 °C/W, enabling efficient heat dissipation in demanding applications. Operating across a temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C with a maximum operating voltage of 250 V, the resistor is electrically isolated from the backplate and compatible with lead-free solder reflow processes.
